About X Revive
X Revive is a gaming events brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. We organise physical esports and gaming tournament events where participants purchase tickets to compete or attend as spectators. Our events feature video game titles including EA FC 26, F1 25, and Mortal Kombat. Payments collected through our platform are solely for event ticket purchases.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing your ticket.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund requests made 3 to 6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If X Revive cancels or significantly postpones an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically, or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date. We will notify all ticket holders via email within 24 hours of any such decision.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to xrevivefest@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to purchase the ticket
- Your payment reference or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.
Usage Policy
By purchasing a ticket or attending an X Revive event, you agree to the following terms of use.
Ticket Use
- Each ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) at the venue entrance on the event day.
- Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be void and will not grant entry.
- Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are not the responsibility of X Revive.
Event Participation
- All participants must comply with event rules and guidelines announced on the day.
- X Revive reserves the right to disqualify any participant found cheating, behaving aggressively, or violating event conduct rules — without a refund.
- Tournament results are final once confirmed by event officials.
- Equipment (consoles, controllers, monitors) is provided by X Revive and must be used responsibly. Damage to equipment may result in liability.
Photography & Media
- X Revive events may be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being used in event coverage across our social media channels and marketing materials.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our team at the event.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
- X Revive collects payments exclusively for event ticket purchases. We do not collect payments for betting, wagering, gambling, or any financial speculation.
- Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all applicable fees.
Liability
- X Revive is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen at the event.
- Attendees participate in events at their own risk. X Revive will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.
- X Revive reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
Changes to This Policy
X Revive may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
