2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

3. TICKETS AND PURCHASES

Tickets are sold through our website via Paystack. A purchase is complete once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email containing your Player ID. Tickets are personal to the individual and are not transferable without our written consent.

X Revive is open to attendees of all ages. Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable except where X Revive cancels or postpones the event. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a credit transferable to a future X Revive event. In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@x-revive.com.

5. EVENT RULES AND CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully at all times. We operate a zero tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, bullying, or violence. Any attendee found in breach of this code may be removed from the event without a refund.

All tournament participants must comply with the official X Revive tournament rules. Participants agree to the decisions of tournament officials as final. Any attempt to cheat will result in immediate disqualification.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the X Revive website including the logo, brand name, graphics, and text is the intellectual property of X Revive. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any of our content without prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, X Revive accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any attendee at our events, except where such loss results from our negligence or wilful misconduct.
